A new version of ATA Spec 2300 (2013.1) is now available. It is the result of an important work of consolidation and proof of concept on existing
features. It also provides some improvements and an enhanced package organization mechanism.

Responding to a ATA e-Business program (
ATA e-Business Program) invitation,
Bruno Chatel
has accepted to be member of the ATA e-business Steering Group (ESG).
This proposal comes for the ATA e-Business Program revised Operating Guidelines allowing four new seats for technology providers
on the e-Business Steering Group. One of the seats has been proposed to
Chadocs for two-year terms.
The mission of the e-Business Steering Group is to oversee the operational aspects of the ATA e-Business program.
The Steering Group sets the strategic path for the standards to ensure that all development efforts and
specification change requests are consistent with the industry’s e-business vision, mission and strategic plan.

Version 2011.2 of the 2300 ATA specification has just been published (december 2011). This release
completes the management of all operational data for FCOM, MMEL, AFM and QRH manuals.

and the definition of publication module and all concepts for data management.
